The results show that compared with the normal solid state reactions, the synthesis temperature and mean particle sizes of the pure KBT powders by MSS method are decreased greatly. 结果表明,与传统固相法相比,熔盐法合成温度显著降低且颗粒平均粒径明显减小。
Single crystals of KTi 1- x Sn x OPO 4 solid solutions and KSnOPO 4 were grown by using flux method,and their structure and physical properties were studied. 采用熔盐法生长了一系列磷酸氧钛锡钾单晶体并测定了其晶体结构和相应的物理性质。
